We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 6-10 days after dispatch (Monday to Saturday), so most orders arrive within 7-13 days. You receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Yes. Our knives are age-restricted products. We only sell to adults aged 18 or over and never to children or anyone under 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the knife is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us first so we can confirm your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Once your return arrives with us, your refund reaches your original payment method within 7 days.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the knife for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Wash it by hand and dry it straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher. Use a wooden or plastic board, and sharpen it on a whetstone once or twice a year.

If you want one knife for most jobs, start with the Kaze Santoku. For lots of vegetables, the Yuki Nakiri. For bigger cuts, the Mori Gyuto. The Hana Petty is the best second knife for small jobs.
