Yuki Nakiri
- Crafted in Japan
- 67-layer Damascus
- Hard core, 60–62 HRC
- Olive wood handle
- Full tang
Blade: 17 cm, made for vegetables
Description+
A 17 cm nakiri built for one thing: vegetables. The edge is flat, so it meets the board along its whole length. Nothing stays half-attached, and you cut straight down without rocking the blade.
Nakiri means leaf cutter. Its tall, square blade lets you scoop up what you've cut and sweep it straight into the pan. If most of your cooking starts with a cabbage, a bunch of carrots or a pile of herbs, this is the fastest knife on the board.
